- GROMMETS (recommended if you are using command hooks to hang it on a wall or when you are attaching the banner to a photo stand)
- POLE POCKETS (recommended for a clean and neat finish. Be aware that pole pockets will slide through the pole in your photo stand, so if you select pole pockets, understand that the pocket is accounted for in the height, and can effect the height by 1-2 inches)
I understand this is a custom design and requires 48-72 hours additional production time. This time is used to create the design to my specifications.

Once the design is completed and approved it will be printed the following business day and shipped the business day after that. Most shipments arrive in 2-3 days.

Proofs will be be sent via email. Failure to review proof in a timely manner will extend production time. IF YOU FAIL TO REPLY TO THE PROOF REQUEST WITHIN 24 HOURS WE WILL SEND THE ITEM TO PRINT AS IS. We highly advise checking your email regularly during this process.

Available Options:

1.  Printed - Ready to use banners and backdrops are printed on 13oz. high tenacity polyester vinyl.  

2. Digital File Design.  We will create ready-to-print PDF custom art files to your specification.  A proof will be completed within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Weekends and holidays are not included. Two revisions allowed.  There will be a $10 fee for each revision after two and/or after the file has been approved.  Please note each revision can add up to one business day to production time.  ***This is a digital file!! You WILL NOT receive any physical items.  The file will be emailed.*** 

Digital Specifications:

  • Printable File format Is PDF.
  • CMYK color format.
  • The file will be formatted to the selected size.
  • Images provided by Rich Girl Graphics (RGG) will be high resolution (300ppi or higher) and/or vectorized.  RGG is not responsible for the quality of the artwork provided by customers. 

The banner stand is NOT included. 

*PLEASE NOTE (Digital Printable Files): It is the buyer's responsibility to check for software and printing company compatibility before purchase! Any adjustments to files to suit your printing companies requirements will incur an additional fee. All sales are final.
**Digital files requiring customization are NOT instant download and will be sent via email. Please allow 48 hours for design processing. Weekends and Holidays Excluded.  
***For orders requiring customization please allow 7 business days for design, printing processing time. For customized physical products please allow additional time for shipping.

 

Option 1:  Score and Ship (Foldable)


With "Score and Ship" service, for items 4 feet or taller we will score the item to make it foldable and more compact, reducing shipping costs.

Here are the details of this option:

  • This option allows us to utilize standard shipping methods and packaging, resulting in reduced shipping costs.
  • The cost for this service is included in the regular shipping fees for the item, and no additional charges will apply.
  • This option will add additional steps during assembly.

Option 2:  Full-Sized Shipping (Freight)


We also offer full-sized shipping via freight.

Here are the details of this option:

  • Items 4 feet or taller will ship full size using freight services.
  • Freight shipping ensures the safe transportation of large and bulky items by employing specialized carriers, equipment and packaging.
  • The cost for full-sized shipping is a flat fee of $199, which covers the freight charges and associated handling fees.
Please note:  This item does not qualify for free shipping.

 

Not eligible for shipping to Canada.   

We strongly recommend that content uploaded to Rich Girl Graphics for print fulfillment is:

1.  At a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%).

Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted for which Rich Girl Graphics does not accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion

2.  Designed in RGB and uploaded with no embedded color profile.

You may upload in CMYK or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted and Rich Girl Graphics is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion.
