1.  Digital files will be available for download immediately after payment is processed.  The file contains cut lines and registration marks necessary for professional printing and cutting.  ***These are Digital Designs!! You WILL NOT receive any physical items.* ** 

Digital files are available in two size options:

(A) 4'x8'. This is a standard size for professional printing. File format PDF with vectorized images. 

(B) 2'x8'.  This option is common for printing at home or local services such as Walgreens, Office Depot, Staples, etc.  Please note image sizes may vary from description to fit within this size format.  The file format is JPG/JPEG. 

2.  Ultra Violet printing on 4mm coroplast.  Images are printed, contour cut, and ready to stake.  (Stakes sold separately).  Free shipping in the continental US for orders $125 and up.

*PLEASE NOTE (Printable Files): It is the buyer's responsibility to check for software and printing company compatibility before purchase!  Any adjustments to files to suit your printing company's requirements will incur an additional fee.

**Files requiring customization are NOT instant downloads and will be sent via email. The design proof is sent within 48 hours, with weekends and holidays excluded. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing time, this includes any revisions. For customized physical products please allow additional time for shipping.

Option 1:  Score and Ship (Foldable)


With "Score and Ship" service, for items 4 feet or taller we will score the item to make it foldable and more compact, reducing shipping costs.

  • This option allows us to utilize standard shipping methods and packaging, resulting in reduced shipping costs.
  • The cost for this service is included in the regular shipping fees for the item, and no additional charges will apply.
  • This option will add additional steps during assembly.

Option 2:  Full-Sized Shipping (Freight)


We also offer full-sized shipping via freight.

Here are the details of this option:

  • Items 4 feet or taller will ship full size using freight services.
  • Freight shipping ensures the safe transportation of large and bulky items by employing specialized carriers, equipment and packaging.
  • The cost for full-sized shipping is a flat fee of $199, which covers the freight charges and associated handling fees.
Please note:  This item does not qualify for free shipping.

We strongly recommend that content uploaded to Rich Girl Graphics for print fulfillment is:

1.  At a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%).

Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted for which Rich Girl Graphics does not accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion

2.  Designed in RGB and uploaded with no embedded color profile.

You may upload in CMYK or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted and Rich Girl Graphics is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion.
