I understand this is a custom design and requires 48-72 hours additional production time. This time is used to create the design to my specifications.

Once the design is completed and approved it will be printed the following business day and shipped the business day after that. Most shipments arrive in 2-3 days.

Proofs will be be sent via email. Failure to review proof in a timely manner will extend production time. IF YOU FAIL TO REPLY TO THE PROOF REQUEST WITHIN 24 HOURS WE WILL SEND THE ITEM TO PRINT AS IS. We highly advise checking your email regularly during this process.

Rich Girl Graphics does not provide proofs of any order unless the customer requests it as part of the order process and it is an option available for the product. If you request a proof then it is your responsibility to check email to verify the proof and to correct any spelling or grammatical errors, etc.

Please be aware that this may impact the job turnaround time. We will send proof approval via email. We will send two subsequential reminder emails. If we do not receive a reply via the proofing system within 12 hours of the final email we will proceed with design as is.

12 pcs Water Bottle Labels (Water Resistant with Adhesive Backing)
12 pcs CapriSun Labels (Water Resistant with Adhesive Backing)

This party package is a perfect filler for your parties and events! 

Items may arrive in several packages. Chip bags will require assembly.
Balloons and backdrop stand not included.

***For files requiring customization please allow up to 7 business days for design and processing time. For customized orders that are being printed and shipped please allow additional time for shipping.

Option 1:  Score and Ship (Foldable)


With "Score and Ship" service, for items 4 feet or taller we will score the item to make it foldable and more compact, reducing shipping costs.

Here are the details of this option:

  • This option allows us to utilize standard shipping methods and packaging, resulting in reduced shipping costs.
  • The cost for this service is included in the regular shipping fees for the item, and no additional charges will apply.
  • This option will add additional steps during assembly.

Option 2:  Full-Sized Shipping (Freight)


We also offer full-sized shipping via freight.

Here are the details of this option:

  • Items 4 feet or taller will ship full size using freight services.
  • Freight shipping ensures the safe transportation of large and bulky items by employing specialized carriers, equipment and packaging.
  • The cost for full-sized shipping is a flat fee of $199, which covers the freight charges and associated handling fees.
Please note:  This item does not qualify for free shipping.

 

Not eligible for shipping to Canada.   

We strongly recommend that content uploaded to Rich Girl Graphics for print fulfillment is:

1.  At a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%).

Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted for which Rich Girl Graphics does not accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion

2.  Designed in RGB and uploaded with no embedded color profile.

You may upload in CMYK or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted and Rich Girl Graphics is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion.
